Fantastic, friendly and efficient service from start to end.
After another lender stopped responding I contacted Ocean, within a matter of days everything was sorted. I was kept in the loop along the way.
Using the app to submit documents made the process convenient.
No pushy sales too!

From our first contact, I cannot praise the ease of the process highly enough. This is maybe to do with our application handler chloe jackson was superb. Friendly, helpful, obviously knew her stuff. Information readily available and chloe kept us up to date with the application regularly and what was excellent was she took time to clarify important points to ensure we were in a position to make informed choices.
